My Rant: This g.d. cold I have had for 3 weeks, not sure if its just different kinds one after another or the same one but whatever it is it has. got. to. go. But my only hope is that since it has become way worse the last day or two is that its almost over :)
My Rave: Disney is now on Netflix!!! Could not be more pleased with the $8 I spend on Netflix :)
Also question: Is this sentence gramatically correct? I saw it on a TV commercial and it doesn't sound right to me.
"1 in 8 babies is born prematurely"
I think that is grammatically incorrect....either way, it sounds really odd. Are you feeling better yet?

Or did you delete it because it was so condescending? :) Either way here it goes again. 1 is the subject of the sentence therefore "is" the verb of the sentence must agree with it rather than with the "babies" which is just a sub-subject or something. That's as far as my grammar goes :)
